Kinmap
Location sharing your family actually agrees to.
Kinmap shows your family where you are, but only while you have chosen to share. Nobody is added without accepting an invitation, nobody is located without turning sharing on, and you can see at a glance whenever sharing is active.
What that means in practice
- You join a family by accepting an invitation — never by being added.
- Sharing is off until you turn it on, and you can pause it instantly.
- You can see who has looked at your location, and when.
- Leaving a family removes their access immediately.
- You can delete your location history, or your whole account, from inside the app.
What we do not do
- No hidden or invisible tracking. There is no mode where you are located silently.
- We do not sell location data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- Your precise coordinates are encrypted and never written to our logs.
